3. Manage interview scheduling and coordination with hiring managers using HRIS tools to facilitate a seamless recruitment experience.
4. Implement recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives through social media and digital channels to enhance candidate engagement.
5. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports using Excel and HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process using HR compliance software
Job Summary
This role is accountable for driving end-to-end recruitment processes within the Talent Supply Chain function, ensuring timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates for diverse IT roles. The position leverages solid expertise in talent sourcing, screening, and selection to support business growth and workforce planning objectivesKey Responsibilities
