Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Planner to lead the planning, assessment, and development of urban, township, and industrial infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing integrated infrastructure plans and ensuring sustainable, efficient, and future-ready infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive infrastructure master plans for urban, township, and industrial development projects.
  • Plan and design integrated infrastructure systems including:
    • Roads and transportation networks
    • Storm water drainage systems
    • Water supply and sewerage networks
    • Solar power infrastructure
    • Solid waste management systems
    • Community and public utility facilities
  • Conduct infrastructure demand assessment and capacity planning.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including urban planners, engineers, architects, environmental experts, and government agencies.
  • Review technical reports, drawings, DPRs, and feasibility studies.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, planning standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Support project implementation through technical guidance and infrastructure planning expertise.
  • Prepare presentations, project reports, and stakeholder consultation documents.
  • Evaluate sustainable and smart infrastructure solutions for project developments.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Urban Development, Smart City, Township, or Industrial Infrastructure Projects.
  • Proven experience in planning and designing integrated infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in infrastructure components such as roads, drainage, solar power, utility networks, and community facilities.
  • Experience in preparation of master plans, DPRs, and infrastructure planning reports.
