We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & People Analytics professional to drive data-driven HR decision-making, workforce planning, operational excellence, and process automation. This role sits at the intersection of HR, analytics, and business strategy, ensuring leadership has accurate, actionable people insights while maintaining seamless employee lifecycle operations.

The ideal candidate will combine strong HR operations expertise with advanced analytical capabilities, enabling the organization to make informed workforce decisions, improve talent outcomes, optimize people processes, and build scalable HR systems. This is a high-visibility role that works closely with senior leadership, finance, and business stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness and people performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage HR analytics, workforce reporting, and people dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership teams.
  • Develop and maintain reports covering headcount planning, hiring progress, attrition trends, workforce costs, talent metrics, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with Finance and business leaders to track workforce budgets, people costs, and headcount plans against organizational targets.
  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, HRMS administration, and data governance.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all HR systems and employee records.
  • Build and maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, governance frameworks, and operational standards.
  • Drive HR process automation initiatives through technology, analytics, AI tools, and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor employee experience metrics, employer branding indicators, and workforce health measures to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to proactively identify talent risks, attrition patterns, workforce gaps, and organizational priorities.
  • Prepare executive-ready and board-level HR reports, dashboards, and presentations that support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate and implement HR technologies, reporting tools, and system enhancements that improve operational effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR operations team members while establishing clear service standards and performance expectations.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong experience in HR Operations, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, or HR Systems management.
  • Proven ability to build meaningful HR dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks that influence business decisions.
  • Hands-on expertise with HRMS platforms and employee data management processes.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, attrition analysis, talent metrics, organizational reporting, and people cost management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience working with HR automation tools, AI-enabled productivity solutions, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex workforce data into actionable business insights.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate, reliable, and audit-ready people data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across HR, Finance, and business leadership teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and process optimization capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
