Lead Fullstack Engineer

Salary range: Rs 1300000 - Rs 2500000 (ie INR 13 - 25 LPA)

We are looking for skilled product development engineers to create and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise cloud applications. This position demands robust technical knowledge, as well as the capability to lead development initiatives and guide team members.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business needs and design scalable solutions based on cloud technologies
• Engage in the complete product development lifecycle from start to finish
• Lead the architecture, design, and code review processes
• Build enterprise-level applications using C#, .NET Core, ReactJS, and Azure cloud services
• Apply DevSecOps methodologies throughout development and deployment phases
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader within a Scrum team environment
• Ensure the quality, performance, security, and maintainability of deliverables
• Provide mentorship to team members and participate in their performance assessments
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of experience in enterprise product development
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps
• Experience with frontend frameworks, preferably ReactJS
• Practical knowledge of containerized development using Docker, AKS, and Service Fabric
• Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ and Azure services like Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Strong understanding of databases, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of microservices and/or micro-frontend architectural patterns
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of DevSecOps practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Apache Superset
• Understanding of performance engineering, monitoring, and test automation tools
• Previous experience leading agile or Scrum teams
