Digital Transformation In S&OP
- Implement and manage digital initiatives within the S&OP process to enhance efficiency, visibility, and agility.
- Evaluate and integrate digital tools and technologies to support demand and supply planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the Ekayaan team to develop and deploy S&OP solutions aligned with the organization’s digital roadmap.
- Partner with sales and plant teams to ensure accurate demand forecasts and efficient supply planning.
- Leverage digital platforms to identify trends, forecast demand, and align production schedules with market requirements.
- Optimize supply chain performance by balancing inventory levels and reducing operational bottlenecks.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor S&OP performance metrics and key indicators.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data inputs across the S&OP process to enable reliable decision-making.
- Serve as a key liaison between sales, operations, and supply chain teams to drive alignment and ensure smooth execution of the S&OP process.
- Facilitate regular S&OP meetings to review plans, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide training and support to teams on digital tools and analytics to enhance adoption and utilization.
- Identify opportunities to improve S&OP processes through automation, digitalization, and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization stays at the forefront of digital S&OP advancements.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to enhance overall supply chain performance.
