Job Description

Your Team

The Tax Center of Excellence at Invesco Hyderabad is responsible for global tax operations across Direct Tax, Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing for all Invesco group entities in North America, EMEA, UK and India.

Your Role
  • Responsible for all periodic direct tax compliances, viz. Withholding tax compliances, Advance tax computation and tax provision, Income-tax audit, Income-tax return and Transfer Pricing compliances including local Master File
  • Support in preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation
  • Review inter-company transactions to evaluate potential tax impacts on such transactions
  • Preparation of initial responses during Income-tax and Transfer Pricing assessment and litigation proceedings
  • Other duties and tasks as may be relevant to fulfil job responsibilities

The Experience You Bring
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Direct Tax domain
  • Strong knowledge on Direct Taxation laws including International Taxation involving interpretation of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAA)
  • Advanced MS Office skills

Academic Requirements

Chartered Accountant (0-3 years' experience) or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (3-5 years experience)
