Your Tasks
- Candidate must hold a degree in Food or related Science with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Food Industry in Production / Quality Control.
- The candidate should have successfully completed Lead Auditor courses in BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and/or ISO 9001.
- The Candidate must have knowledge about Food Porcessing, Hazard Analysis, Pre-requisite programs etc..
- Good communication Skills
- The candidate must have thorough knowlede on Quality Assuarance and Quality control system.
- Lead Auditor training in ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and BRC GS Food.
- 2 Days course in HACCP.
- Food defense and Food fraud training followed by exam.
- Relevant PRPs - ISO/TS 22002 series followed by exam.
- B.Tech Food Technology or any other food related degree
