Role Overview

As a Lead Associate - Instock Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the Hyperlocal Planning team, focusing on optimizing stock availability and supply chain efficiency. You will bridge the gap between demand forecasting and operational execution, ensuring that Myntra’s hyperlocal offerings are consistently available to meet customer needs while maintaining healthy inventory health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Instock Management: Monitor and improve "in-stock" rates across hyperlocal categories, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Demand & Operations Planning: Align operational capacity with demand management strategies to drive business growth.
  • Forecasting & Trend Analysis: Utilize historical data and market trends to forecast future stock requirements with high precision.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential supply chain disruptions and implement risk management strategies to maintain business continuity.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to track performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including SCM and Business Operations, to streamline procurement and inventory workflows.

Experience

  • Minimum: 2 Years
  • Maximum: 7 Years

Mandatory Skills

  • Inventory & Demand Management: Strong grasp of stock lifecycle management and demand fulfillment.
  • Data Analytics: Ability to handle large data sets and derive meaningful conclusions.
  • Operations Planning: Experience in planning for fast-paced, high-volume retail or e-commerce environments.
  • Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Proficiency in predictive modeling and identifying market patterns.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability in Stakeholder Management and navigating complex organizational structures.
