Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customer to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
  • Identify new avenues for business development and sales leads
  • Research key customer wants and needs; suggest appropriate solutions from the basket of offerings at Home and Hospitality
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective clients, collect feedback on performance, and channel the same back to NPD team
  • Ensures the sales funnel is sufficient to achieve the Sales Goals and forecast based on the adequacy of the same
  • Identify ways to improve the sales funnel by interacting with the prospective clients
  • Price negotiation and act as a one-point contact for the customer for the solutions
  • Solely responsible for the implementation of the marketing activities of the region among the influencers
  • Measure, track, analyze, and report key account metrics
  • Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
