As an Associate, you will be instrumental in building the expert network of the future. Your work will revolve around the objective of identifying and on-boarding top Industry experts in various industries to the Vedak Platform. Additionally, you will be responsible for client relationship management.

We seek individuals who are tech savvy, with strong research capability, excellent client-facing skills, and a hacker mentality to get things done. We value commitment to client service, a curious mind, strong work ethic, a deep understanding of how businesses operate, and an all-round emphasis on excellence and quality.

What you’ll Do
  • Ownership of P&L
  • Direct responsibility to drive revenue growth by promoting platform usage and sourcing and expanding revenue opportunities with clients from the accounts you “own”
  • Work collaboratively with sales team on product demo and product trials to win and onboard new clients
  • Liaise with clients and build relationships
  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers and Associates
  • Based on your research on the target topic or industry that our clients are evaluating, vet relevance and qualifications of experts recommended by our expert recommendation system or external databases.
  • Identify and recruit industry professionals to join Vedak network
  • Conduct informed conversations with experts, assess their expertise in response to enterprise client requests
  • Assist Vedak Experts with their queries
  • Proactively collaborate with colleagues to contribute to Vedak’s growth
What Expertise You’ll Add To The Team
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Service, Outbound Business Development, Sales role
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any field with a strong academic track record
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work with large volumes of data
  • Preferred expertise on MS Office, Excel in particular
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure during peak seasons
  • Flexibility to work on alternative Saturdays
