Junior Urban Designer

Junior Urban Planner – Gandhinagar

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in urban planning, master planning, or urban design projects.
• Assist in the preparation of master plans, development plans, zoning studies, and urban design proposals.
• Support data collection, site analysis, land-use planning, and GIS-based mapping activities.
• Prepare planning reports, presentations, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, urban designers, landscape architects, and engineers.
• Contribute to the planning and design of townships, waterfront developments, public realm, and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of planning regulations, development control regulations (DCR), and statutory approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working on public sector or urban development projects will be an added advantage.
• Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
