Scooter is hiring a Junior Relationship Manager on behalf of a reputed wealth management firm in Pune.

Compensation: INR 6L–8L (fixed) + variable

About the role

This is a client-facing role at the intersection of sales, relationship management, and wealth management.

You’ll work closely with a Senior Relationship Manager to engage prospects, generate new business opportunities, schedule client meetings, and maintain regular follow-ups.

What you’ll do

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.
• Generate leads and identify potential investment opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings for the Senior Relationship Manager.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and prospects.
• Update client information and maintain basic CRM records.
• Assist the Senior Relationship Manager with day-to-day client servicing and relationship management.

• Have 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, wealth management, banking, or financial services.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
• Have strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Have a basic understanding of or interest in financial markets and investment products.
