Role Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 1–3 years of relevant experience to support the day-to-day execution of cross-functional projects. The role is focused on keeping work organised, maintaining accurate project information, coordinating reviews and handovers, and helping leads identify risks early. This is a hands-on coordination role, not a Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans and trackers with clear tasks, owners, priorities, due dates, dependencies and current status.
• Follow up on progress and verify updates against available files, versions, review comments or approvals before reporting completion.
• Coordinate daily stand-ups, reviews and internal checkpoints; record decisions, actions, blockers and unresolved questions.
• Convert requirements and feedback from meetings, email and chat into clear, trackable actions.
• Monitor deadlines and dependencies, flag risks early, and communicate the likely impact and required decision to the relevant lead.
• Prepare concise project updates covering confirmed progress, at-risk items, blockers and decisions required.
• Maintain meeting notes, action logs, change records and other project documentation in the agreed source of truth.
• Coordinate handovers between teams only after required review, approval, version and file-link checks are complete.
• Support resource and capacity visibility, including planned leave and competing priorities, while working with project leads on practical schedule changes.
• Help improve tracking, reporting and follow-up routines using spreadsheets, project tools, automation or carefully verified AI assistance.
• Handle client and internal project information with discretion and confidentiality.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, production coordination, PMO support or a comparable delivery-focused role.
• Practical experience using spreadsheets and at least one project or task-management tool.
• Working knowledge of task planning, dependencies, risks, status reporting, reviews, approvals and handovers.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to work with creative and technical teams, ask precise questions and escalate issues with useful context.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is acceptable. An MBA or project-management certification is welcome but not required.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum routines and basic reporting or automation workflows is an advantage.
