Junior Engineer

Position Summary : The Junior Engineer will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope for a real estate company. This role requires expertise in structural design, AutoCAD, and a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes, particularly for high-rise and commercial projects. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating with teams and contractors, conducting site visits, managing construction activities as per SOPs, and ensuring quality control. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and providing updates to management.

Experience : 1 to 5 Years

Qualification : BE (Civil)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Monitor the projects and control the cost and budgeting.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Ensure compliance with all local construction regulations and company standards. Maintain accurate records, including schedules, reports, and correspondence.
• Should have experience of commercial project planning. (Highrise Building, Commercials, Malls).
• Cost Estimation, Cost Control & Budget Tracking
• Monitor and report on progress of the project.
