Key Responsibilities
- Agronomy & Crop Management
- Assist in polyhouse and greenhouse projects
- Participate in product trials and technical evaluations
- Quality Control & Testing
- Conduct quality checks of cocopeat, cocochips, and grow bags
- Monitor EC (Electrical Conductivity), pH, moisture content, expansion ratio, and other quality parameters
- Maintain testing records and inspection reports
- Support product development and process improvement initiatives
– Knowledge of agronomy and crop production
– Understanding of greenhouse and polyhouse cultivation
– Basic knowledge of soil substitutes and growing media
– Quality testing and inspection skills
– Data recording documentation and reporting skills
– Analytical and observation skills
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. Agriculture
M.Sc. Agriculture
Diploma in Agriculture
