Business Development Executive (Freshers)


Experience: Freshers


Job Location: Nagercoil - Tamil Nadu


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Support business development initiatives by identifying and engaging with potential customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Present the company's services and solutions to potential customers under guidance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and support.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Assist in preparing reports and updating business development trackers.

Skills Required


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Any Degree; MBA graduates are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of IT services and technologies will be an added advantage.
