We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for jewellery, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive sales. This role involves assisting customers in selecting high-quality jewellery pieces, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and contributing to store revenue targets.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, offering personalized jewellery recommendations.
  • Showcase a wide range of jewellery products including gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone collections with detailed product knowledge.
  • Drive sales by effectively communicating product features, craftsmanship, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
  • Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, designs, and market demands.
  • Ensure proper handling and display of jewellery items, maintaining store presentation standards.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock audits, and replenishment activities.
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service requests professionally.
  • Adhere to company policies, billing procedures, and security protocols.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of jewellery types, materials, and current trends.
  • Proven sales ability with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers quickly.
  • Attention to detail and strong presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of billing systems and retail operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in retail, sales, or jewellery design is a plus.
  • Prior experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

Experience Range:

  • 1 to 10 years of experience in jewellery sales, retail sales, or a related customer-facing role.
