IT Head

·       Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

·       Propose, defend and Manage IT Budget both OPEX and CAPEX

·       Elaborate monthly report to HQ on opex 

·       Lead and manage the IT team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance and professional development.

·       Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and storage systems.

·       Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data through the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with regulatory requirements.

·       Drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies to streamline processes and enhance business capabilities.

·       Collaborate with senior management and departmental heads to understand IT needs and priorities, and align technology solutions accordingly.

·       Manage IT budgets and resources effectively, optimizing investments to deliver maximum value and ROI.

·       Evaluate and select technology vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.

·       Stay updated on industry trends, Best practices, and assess the potential impact on the organization's IT strategy and operations.

·       Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence within the IT department.
