We are looking for job title : IT Business Partner Professional

You’ll create impact by

• Leading IT account management, including account planning, project execution and service assurance across assigned functions, lead countries and end-to-end processes.
• Acting as the liaison between IT, functions, regions and countries to agree on expectations and improve partner satisfaction.
• Advising business management with clear communication, practical guidance and feedback mechanisms that support informed decisions.
• Integrating domain processes and tools across Sales and marketing, Deliver chain management and Finance into a seamless business experience.
• Overseeing implementation, customisation, prioritisation and optimisation of multi-domain IT platforms to improve adoption and business value.
• Governing the DI AP Power BI community and handling the regional IT tools repository to enable reuse and scalability.
• Enabling digital transformation initiatives, including Lead to Cash, through value stream mapping, impact analysis and AI-guided solutions.
• Driving change management, training and support so business teams adopt new tools and systems with confidence and consistency.
  
  

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• Bringing around 8 years of experience in the IT field, ideally with a consulting background.
• Applying IT account management methodologies and business partnering skills across complex regional and functional stakeholder environments.
• Communicating expertly at CxO level and simplifying sophisticated topics into clear, actionable messages.
• Identifying gaps and opportunities proactively, then defining practical steps to improve outcomes.
• Collaborating optimally across Asian and European cultures while leading self, users, managers and wider teams.
• Delivering mid-size digital technology projects using Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Using data, KPIs and sales/deliver metrics to generate insights that support decisions and continuous improvement.
• Working with enterprise platforms and teamwork tools, including Salesforce, Snowflake, SAP, Microsoft Technologies, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Teams and SharePoint.
