Job Description
As an Integrity Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, working on a range of projects to ensure the integrity and reliability of our assets. Your primary focus will be on corrosion prevention and mitigation, as well as overall asset integrity management. Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. As an Integrity Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, working on a range of projects to ensure the integrity and reliability of our assets. Your primary focus will be on corrosion prevention and mitigation, as well as overall asset integrity management. Responsibilities
- Conduct corrosion risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for various assets.
- Monitor and inspect assets for signs of corrosion and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair actions.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure asset integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Prepare and review corrosion control specifications and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of asset integrity management plans.
- Assist in the investigation of corrosion-related failures and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in corrosion engineering and asset integrity.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation as required.
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to understand their asset integrity needs and provide solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Allied Engineering.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant industry exposure.
- Knowledge of pressure vessels and piping systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using relevant engineering software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry practices.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Eligibility to work in India.
