About The Role

The Integrative/Functional Medicine Doctor (MD/ND) at LIVV will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of patient care, focusing on both administrative oversight and direct patient care. This role involves direct patient care, program and staff development as well as optimizing medical systems to provide a luxury wellness membership experience and patient results.

Medical Provider

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assess patient history, health goals, and perform medical assessments.
• Create personalized health plans; communicate effectively with patients and the medical team.
• Perform naturopathic interventions, prescribe medications, and administer natural medicines.
• Adhere to clinic safety policies, prevent malpractice, and ensure patient and employee safety.
• Supervise clinic procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain meticulous clinical charting and patient documentation.
• Order and maintain inventory of medical supplies and nutrients.
• Retain patients through consistent daily follow-ups and caseload reconciliation
  
  

Program Development

• Develop and implement naturopathic protocols and supporting documentation
• Improve systems for membership retention and fulfillment, including but not limited to core clinical workflows such as labs, refills, medication management, treatment protocol tracking and touchpoints for patient care coordinators (PCCs) and doctors.
• Develop and implement electronic documentation solutions to enhance clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with and train clinical and support staff to increase the proficiency, adoption, and utilization of clinical workflows.
  
  

Team Management

• Develop, implement and maintain a clinical new-hire and on-going training program to equip staff with the skills to uphold the highest standard of care and customer experience.
• Provide continuous availability to, supervision, and mentorship of Associate NDs.
  
  

Networking And Marketing

• Build connections with local providers and businesses for referral systems.
• Contribute to marketing assets that support the LIVV brand.
• Communicate opportunities for improvement and solutions in team meetings.
• Supervise medical events and participate in public talks and networking activities.
• Contact inactive patients to re-engage in care.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Medical or Naturopathic Doctor licensed in California
• 5+ years demonstrating progressive advancement up in Medical Practice
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of clinical professionals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills able to connect and partner with patients to achieve clinically meaningful results for your patient caseload and the practice.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US under W2 status.
