Intern – Digital & HRSD (4 Positions)

We are looking for enthusiastic interns with a strong technical and digital mindset to support Digital & HRSD initiatives. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, map business workflows, and support the implementation of system-enabled HR processes and digital interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and workflows
• Support HR digital transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Assist in translating business needs into system-enabled solutions
• Analyze data, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements
• Drive assigned deliverables in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
