We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team and help build a strong workforce.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for photographers, videographers, editors, sales executives, coordinators, and support staff.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and freelance resources.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Handle joining formalities and employee induction.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

Employee Management

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee data.
  • Maintain a database of freelance photographers, videographers, editors, and creative professionals.
  • Address employee concerns and coordinate with management for resolution.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and workplace discipline.

HR Operations

  • Assist in payroll data preparation and coordination.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain employee records.
  • Support performance evaluation and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong recruitment and interviewing abilities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset.


Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication and recruitment skills may also apply.
