We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 5 years of proven recruiting experience to join our talent acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with all employment regulations. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Responsibilitie

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions.

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build job specifications.

Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR recruiting or talent acquisition.

Strong sourcing techniques using Boolean search, social media, and networking.

Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Knowledge of local employment regulations and compliance requirements.
