Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.
  
  

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding

• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
• Coordinate exit interviews and complete offboarding formalities.
  
  

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Update employee databases and HRMS.
• Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  
  

Payroll & Attendance

• Coordinate attendance and leave records.
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
• Address employee queries related to attendance, leave, and payroll.
  
  

Employee Engagement

• Organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in implementing performance management initiatives.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
  
  

Compliance

• Maintain statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws.
• Support HR audits and documentation.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Experience with HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
