HR Intern

About The Role

We're looking for an HR Intern who's people-focused, organised, and excited about building strong teams, not just pushing paperwork.

This is not a "sit-and-observe" internship.

You'll be involved in real HR operations inside a fast-moving digital agency and learn how people management actually works in a startup environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting in end-to-end recruitment (screening, scheduling & coordination)
• Posting job openings on platforms and managing applications
• Supporting onboarding & documentation for new hires
• Maintaining employee records & HR trackers
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups
• Assisting with employee engagement activities & team initiatives
• Helping manage attendance, leaves & basic HR operations
• Supporting HR policies, processes & internal communication
• Sharing ideas to improve hiring, culture & HR workflows (yes, your ideas matter)

• Genuine interest in HR, people operations, or talent management
• Basic understanding of HR concepts & recruitment processes

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

• Pursuing or completed BA / MA / BBA / MBA (HR) / B.Com
• Freshers or students serious about HR & people management
• Any prior exposure to recruitment, coordination, or HR tasks is a bonus
  
  

Internship Details

Type: Full-Time Internship - 4 Month

Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Days: Monday to Friday

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Onsite, Not WFH

Space 7, Sector 7, 4th Floor (Office 401), Shipra Path, Mansarovar, Jaipur - 302020
