Description

  • Generating attendance, quality, and productivity feedback in coordination with agencies.
  • Maintaining and updating the feedback tracker.
  • Ensuring all joining documents are completed and filed as per the onboarding checklist.
  • Ensuring visibility of new joiners across all required systems.
  • Maintaining employee files and documentation for audit readiness.
  • Coordinating with agencies to ensure smooth first-day onboarding formalities.
  • Educating new joiners on HR policies, processes, and systems.
  • Supporting the HRBP in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives on the shop floor.
  • Monitoring and highlighting attendance exceptions on a daily basis through Kronos and FCLM.
  • Tracking leaves, Loss of Pay (LOP), unscheduled overtime, and sixth-day overtime.
  • Resolving attendance and timekeeping deviations identified in Kronos.
  • Maintaining and monitoring manager leave records.
  • Generating daily HR MIS reports.
  • Preparing and sharing attendance reports.
  • Reconciling agency attendance data with Kronos records.
  • Validating overtime and NSA inputs received from agencies before sharing with managers.
  • Monitoring the issuance of warning letters related to disciplinary issues.
  • Ensuring agencies follow standard disciplinary processes and guidelines

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ months of human resources experience
  • 6+ months of customer service experience
  • 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of human resources experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
