Role Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated Hospitality Manager to support the growth of Meragi's venue network across Kerala.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and exploring the hospitality and wedding ecosystem. You'll work closely with venue owners, resort teams, and business stakeholders to help expand Meragi's presence across one of India's most sought-after wedding destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Venue Research & Outreach
• Identify and map potential wedding venues, resorts, hotels, and event spaces across Kerala.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective venue partners.
• Reach out to venue owners, General Managers, and key decision-makers to introduce Meragi.
• Partnership Development
• Lead and support partnership discussions and venue onboarding.
• Present Meragi's value proposition to prospective venue partners.
• Coordinate follow-ups and help drive partnership conversions.
• Relationship Management
• Build strong relationships with existing venue partners.
• Conduct regular check-ins and gather partner feedback.
• Support initiatives to improve partner engagement and venue performance.
• On-Ground Execution
• Visit venues to understand operations, facilities, and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Assist in resolving partner queries and supporting venue-related projects.
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• Candidates with 1–4 years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, hospitality, sales, account management, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with venue owners and hospitality professionals.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Interest in business development, partnerships, hospitality, or weddings.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala for venue visits.
• Proficient in speaking and understanding Malayalam.
