Job Description
Lead end-to-end IT strategy and digital transformation for the retail business Manage technology platforms supporting B2B and B2C channels Drive dealer and distributor management systems and ecosystem integration Oversee POS infrastructure and operations across retail touchpoints, including Bharuwa/POS platforms Ensure smooth ERP, CRM and retail application integrations Improve customer experience, sales effectiveness and operational efficiency through technology initiatives Lead IT governance, vendor management and infrastructure initiatives Manage business stakeholders and translate commercial needs into technology solutions
Principal Accountabilities
Lead the development and execution of endtoend IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives for the retail businessbrManage and optimize technology platforms that support B2B and B2C channels ensuring seamless operations and integrationbrDrive the implementation and management of dealer and distributor management systems fostering ecosystem integrationbrOversee the POS infrastructure and operations across retail touchpoints including the management of BharuwaPOS platformsbrEnsure the smooth integration of ERP CRM and retail applications to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiencebrImprove sales effectiveness and operational efficiency through strategic technology initiativesbrLead IT governance vendor management and infrastructure initiatives to support business objectivesbrManage business stakeholders effectively translating commercial needs into innovative technology solutionsbrDemonstrate handson experience with dealer management systems DMS POS ecosystems CRM and ERP integrationsbrExhibit strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities fostering a collaborative and highperforming IT team
