Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Community Head to lead and scale program-based communities, drive member engagement, manage events, build corporate partnerships, and create revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Community Management, Event Management, Corporate Partnerships, Sponsorships, Content Strategy, Revenue Generation, CRM, and Team Leadership. The candidate will be responsible for building vibrant communities and converting community engagement into business growth and social impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple program-based communities and drive active member engagement.
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies, campaigns, contests, challenges, and interactive activities.
  • Plan and manage virtual and offline events, workshops, sessions, and community programs.
  • Create innovative event formats and experiences for corporate clients and partners.
  • Identify and develop revenue opportunities through paid events, premium content, partnerships, and community initiatives.
  • Build and manage corporate sponsorships, CSR partnerships, and philanthropic collaborations.
  • Develop event proposals and manage end-to-end execution for corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, corporate partners, sponsors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
  • Recruit, manage, train, and motivate volunteers for community initiatives and events.
  • Oversee blogs, newsletters, social media content, and in-app community communication.
  • Work closely with technology teams to manage content delivery across apps, websites, CRM systems, and community platforms.
  • Use CRM tools, community platforms, dashboards, and analytics to monitor engagement and community performance.
  • Analyze community data and engagement metrics to identify trends and improve retention, participation, and growth.
  • Define and track community KPIs, engagement metrics, revenue targets, and event performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 members, including Community Managers, Event Coordinators, and Content Creators.
  • Manage multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and community initiatives simultaneously.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Community Management, Event Management, Partnerships, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling communities.
  • Strong experience in event planning and execution.
  • Experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship generation, CSR, or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and drive revenue opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of community engagement and content strategies.
  • Experience working with CRM tools, community platforms, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strong leadership, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about building impactful communities.
