Location: 56, 1st Floor, Above KFC, Near Wipro Avenue (Opposite Wipro Gate 5), Electronic City Phase I, Doddathoguru, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100
Salary: ₹4.8 Lakh to ₹6 Lakh per year (CTC)
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Qualification: Cosmetology / Aesthetics course
Job type: Full-time
Working days: 6 days a week. 1 weekly off on a weekday, as per roster.
Timings: 9:45 AM to 7:00 PM

About The Role
You will fit and service hair patches (non-surgical hair replacement) so that every client gets a natural and comfortable look.
What You Will Do
- Apply hair patches using bonding, taping and clipping methods.
- Prepare the scalp before application (cleansing and shaving).
- Cut, style and blend the patch for a natural look and hairline.
- Do regular servicing: safe removal, cleaning and re-fixing of the patch.
- Follow strict hygiene and keep all tools clean.
- Explain home care to clients, book their next servicing and suggest aftercare products.
- Help the clinic achieve its targets.
- Annual CTC of ₹4.8 Lakh to ₹6 Lakh per year, based on your experience and interview.
- A significant variable pay component linked to your performance.
- Assured incentives at the branch level.
- Quarterly leaves that you can use without a full-day salary deduction.
- Full training on Berkowits treatments, processes and systems.
- A clear growth path: Hair Patch Technician → Senior Hair Technician → Segment Manager (Hair).
Must have
- Certificate in a Cosmetology or Aesthetics course.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on hair patch experience (bonding, taping, clipping).
- Good hair cutting and styling skills.
- Comfortable with targets and working on weekends.
- Experience in making scalp templates and hair filling.
- Experience in a hair clinic or hair replacement studio.
