Roles and Responsibilities:

• Engage with business users and SMEs to understand insurance processes, business needs and detailed requirements.
• Map business requirements to solutions on Guidewire, Duck Creek or Majesco platforms.
• Prepare, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with development teams throughout solution delivery and clarify functional requirements as needed.
• Participate in functional testing, defect analysis and end-to-end project lifecycle activities to confirm that delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Skills Required:

• 7-12 years of relevant business analysis experience, preferably in Property and Casualty Insurance.
• Hands-on business analysis experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek or Majesco.
• Strong understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance processes and core policy administration functions.
• Experience with new business, endorsements, renewals, billing, claims and integrations with peripheral systems.
• Ability to conduct requirements elicitation, create functional specifications and define solution acceptance criteria.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Property and Casualty Insurance, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Postman or Selenium.

Education: B.E. or B.Tech degree.
