About the Role
enreap is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive pipeline growth across multiple business units and partner ecosystems, including AWS, Atlassian, GitLab, Monday.com, and related service offerings.
This role sits within the central marketing team and is responsible for improving marketing efficiency across paid acquisition, ABM, retargeting, conversion optimization, SEO/AEO, and marketing analytics.
The ideal candidate combines strong performance marketing expertise with a deep understanding of funnel optimization, attribution, and B2B buying journeys.
What You’ll Own
Performance Marketing (40%)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and Retargeting
- Improve SQL generation, pipeline contribution, and CAC efficiency across multiple business units
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, keyword strategy, ad copy, and landing page alignment
- Work closely with Demand Generation Managers to support GTM initiatives across AWS, Atlassian, GitLab, Monday.com, and other partner ecosystems
- Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and optimization
Conversion Rate Optimization & Funnel Analytics (20%)
- Analyze campaign, landing page, and funnel performance to identify conversion bottlenecks
- Improve visitor-to-lead, lead-to-MQL, and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, forms, CTAs, messaging, and user journeys
- Track buyer behavior and engagement across channels
- Build reporting frameworks to measure funnel performance and campaign ROI
ABM & Retargeting (20%)
- Support account-based marketing programs through audience segmentation, matched audiences, intent-based targeting, and retargeting campaigns
- Collaborate with demand generation and BDR teams to improve account engagement and progression
- Develop account-level advertising strategies for strategic accounts and partner-led GTM motions
- Measure account engagement, pipeline influence, and campaign effectiveness
SEO & AEO (20%)
- Drive organic growth through SEO, technical optimization, and content performance analysis
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies for AI-driven search experiences including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
- Partner with content teams to improve discoverability and organic pipeline contribution
- Identify new search opportunities, content gaps, and emerging AI-search trends
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- GA4
- Google Tag Manager
- Marketing Automation Platforms
- Experience running B2B lead generation campaigns
- Understanding of ABM, retargeting, and audience segmentation
- Experience with conversion optimization and landing page testing
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and emerging AEO practices
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and funnel data
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Experience
- B2B SaaS, IT Services, Cloud, DevOps, Managed Services, or Partner Ecosystem Marketing
- Experience marketing AWS, Atlassian, GitLab, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Exposure to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools
- Experience supporting multiple service lines, practices, or business units
