The impact you’ll make
Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. May assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and interpretation of instructions/objectives. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.

What You’ll Do
- Manage key areas within the global supply chain operations that focus on problem solving and operational excellence
- Drive organizational goals through improvement initiatives across functions by leveraging program management principles and desired strategy
- Lead and manage the certificate collection team, ensuring consistent execution and accountability
- Provide end‑to‑end ownership of tariff certification and compliance content for Global supply chain.
- Act as the single point of coordination with Finance and GSCM to ensure alignment on qualification, documentation, and financial realization
- Drive standardization, governance, and scalability of the certification process as volumes grow
- Drive organizational goals through improvement initiatives across functions by leveraging program management principles and desired strategy
- Timely and complete certificate collection
- Accurate qualification for tariff mitigation programs
- Reduced duty leakage and audit exposure
- Develop project plan and lead project activities from planning to implementation. Track project schedule and maintain matrix for process improvements.
- Solve complex business problems and build solutions that will improve operations and support critical business strategies.
- Be part of a high-performing team, collaborate to drive execution, mitigate risks, ensure compliance with program or project timelines, and deliver results aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with business groups by providing strategic inputs to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application. Ensure approach, policies and procedures align with organizational vision.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, finance or a related field with over 12 years of experience, or a master’s degree with more than 10 years of experience, or equivalent professional expertise
- More than 10 years of extensive experience in project and program management, navigating matrix organizations, and effectively influencing stakeholders.
- Strong business analytical skills with background in Power BI, MS Suite, & SAP.
- Clear concise communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a dynamic cross functional environment.
- Working experience in the semi-conductor industry is a plus.
- PMP, SCRUM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and other relevant certifications are preferred.
- Ability to grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks into an actionable form.
- Detailed oriented, strong analytical skills, and agility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
