Current Opportunity

Right now, we´re seeking an AI/ML Team Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable AI-powered solutions across the FEG business, driving measurable business outcomes. This role combines technical leadership and people management, guiding the team in building AI ML systems including LLM-powered applications, autonomous agents, and intelligent decision-making frameworks, while ensuring alignment with business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your daily activities will include, but not limited to:

• Lead the AI Engineering team, including task allocation, technical guidance, and career development.
• Own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable, production-ready Generative AI solutions, AI agents, RAG-based applications, and LLM-powered workflows on Azure/Databricks.
• Build and maintain APIs and full-stack applications using Python and scripting languages.
• Design real-time, event-driven data pipelines using technologies such as Kafka and Redis.
• Deploy and scale AI applications on Azure Container Apps (ACA) or OpenShift (OCP).
• Build and optimize AI agents and prompt strategies for tasks such as recommendation, classification, summarization, and decision support.
• Collaborate with data engineering, MLOps, and platform teams to deploy, monitor, and operate models and AI systems in production.
• Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and best-practice coaching.
• Drive engineering best practices, architectural reviews, AI evaluation, and continuous improvement in reliability and cost efficiency.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
• Fluent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Team player who can share experience with the team and grow them technically
• High quantitative and cognitive ability to solve complex problem and think with a vision
  
  

You Should Have Experience In

• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or related technical roles, with 4+ years in Python, AI application development, and automation.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams, mentoring engineers, and driving end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and deploying AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Container Apps (ACA).
• Experience designing scalable, highly available cloud-native applications, APIs, real-time data pipelines, and CI/CD pipelines using technologies such as Kafka and Redis.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and scripting languages, with a strong understanding of system architecture, security, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into robust, production-ready AI solutions.
