About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Graphic Designer to join the Paytm team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing compelling digital and offline marketing assets that strengthen the Paytm brand across consumer campaigns and partner communications. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, is proficient with modern design tools, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging digital creatives for marketing campaigns, festive promotions, and business/banking partner communications.
- Create a wide range of assets including social media creatives, banners, emailers, presentations, landing page visuals, and marketing collateral.
- Develop offline branding materials such as posters, standees, tent cards, brochures, and in-store branding assets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, business, product, and cross-functional teams to translate briefs into impactful visual designs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Use Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to design, prototype, and deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Ensure all deliverables align with Paytm's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the creative lifecycle—from ideation and execution to reviews, approvals, and final delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, proactively bringing fresh creative ideas to campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a consumer internet, fintech, e-commerce, or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
- Experience designing offline marketing collateral and print-ready creatives is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
