About The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Ayurveda Lifestyle Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in visual design and a passion for wellness, Ayurveda, and conscious living. You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that reflect the brand’s natural, holistic, and premium identity across digital platforms.

A strong interest in using AI tools for design innovation, faster ideation, and creative enhancement is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design Execution
  
  

Design high-quality visuals for social media, website, e-commerce platforms, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.

Create aesthetically aligned creatives that reflect Ayurvedic principles, wellness, and natural living.

• Concept & Ideation
  
  

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual concepts for campaigns and product storytelling.

Translate ideas into engaging visual narratives that connect with wellness-focused audiences.

• AI-Enhanced Creativity
  
  

Use AI-based design tools for ideation, mood boards, layouts, and creative exploration.

Experiment with generative AI for imagery, background creation, and visual enhancements while maintaining brand authenticity.

• Brand Identity & Consistency
  
  

Maintain a consistent visual language aligned with Ayurveda Lifestyle Global’s premium wellness positioning.

Ensure all creatives reflect a calm, natural, and holistic aesthetic.

• Layout, Composition & Optimization
  
  

Develop clean, user-friendly layouts optimized for digital platforms and mobile responsiveness.

Ensure all graphics are properly formatted and optimized for performance across channels.

• Collaboration & Feedback
  
  

Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Incorporate feedback effectively and refine designs to achieve final approval standards.

• Trend & Tool Awareness
  
  

Stay updated on design trends in wellness, lifestyle, and e-commerce branding.

Continuously explore new AI tools and design technologies to improve productivity and creativity.

• Project Ownership
  
  

Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality or brand alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience or strong familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, etc.).
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to adapt design style to wellness, Ayurveda, and lifestyle branding.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
