Job Purpose

Finalization of Financial Statements of VIL and its subsidiaries.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Lead the overall IndAS financial reporting process for quarterly and annual financial results including follow-ups and coordination
• Review standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, 2013 (Schedule III) and SEBI (LODR) Regulations
• Review quarterly and annual results disclosures submitted to stock exchanges and Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR),
• Evaluate complex accounting transactions and provide technical accounting guidance in line with Ind AS and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal / CS, Corporate, SSC, Circles, auditors and external consultants on technical accounting matters and support
• Update all on amendments to accounting standards and evaluate impact on the organization’s financial statements
• Support senior management in evaluating accounting and reporting implications of strategic transactions.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• In-depth knowledge of Consolidation and Reporting as per Ind AS, LODR requirement.
• Advanced Technical knowledge of Ind AS and Companies Act
Soft skill- Presentation, influencing and stakeholder management

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Chartered Accountant

Good working knowledge of MS Office

Years of Experience

Minimum Experience of 15 years in Financial Reporting / accounting advisory role
