Full Stack Developer with Zoho capability

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with Zoho capability who thrives in fast-paced consulting environments, enjoys solving real business problems, and can build scalable applications across the Zoho ecosystem and modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Development & Automation

  • Design, develop, and customize solutions across the Zoho ecosystem including Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and related applications.
  • Build advanced workflows, automation, Deluge scripts, reports, dashboards, and custom business processes.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Zoho and third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions.

Full Stack Engineering

  • Develop scalable front-end and back-end applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Build responsive UI components and business applications with strong focus on usability and performance.
  • Design and develop APIs, backend services, and database-driven applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, consulting, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Solution Delivery & Collaboration

  • Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, demos, and solution reviews.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Contribute to reusable frameworks, documentation, and engineering best practices.
  • Work directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a consulting-driven delivery model.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of hands-on development experience.
  • Strong expertise in: Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Deluge Scripting, Zoho APIs & Integrations
  • Experience in full stack development using: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React.js / Angular / Vue.js in frontend and Node.js / Python / PHP in backend.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication flows, and cloud-based applications.
  • Experience with Git/version control and modern development practices.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in consulting, SaaS, ERP, or CRM implementation environments.
  • Exposure to workflow automation and business process optimization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery models.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
