Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience developing and maintaining web applications, with a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies. You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing our web applications, working collaboratively with our product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications.

• Build and manage back-end services and APIs using PHP.

• Design and manage databases using SQL.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces with JavaScript, React.js, HTML, and CSS.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in a full-stack development role.

• Front-End:

  • Strong proficiency in React.js and related libraries/frameworks (e.g., Redux, React Router).

  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Back-End:

  • Hands-on experience with PHP, especially in templating, routing, and backend integration.

  • Solid understanding of SQL and database management.

• General:

  • Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.

  • Proficiency with version control using Git.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with PHP frameworks like Laravel.

• Experience with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.

• Understanding of basic DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker).

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and accessibility best practices.

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma.

• Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS).
