This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office professional at Estherea Resort & Spa, based in Jaipur. The role includes welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations and appointment scheduling, addressing guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include ensuring smooth operational processes at the front desk and maintaining a hospitable atmosphere for all guests.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to professionally address guest needs and inquiries.
- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette to manage front desk tasks effectively.
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and organizational skills to coordinate reservations seamlessly.
- Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems or related software is a plus.
- Prior hospitality or front office experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
