Five9 Tools Support Job Responsibilities include:
- Administer, maintain, and support the Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center platform to ensure high availability and performance.
- Configure and manage inbound/outbound call flows, IVRs, ACDs, campaigns, and routing strategies to optimize customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Five9 and enterprise applications using REST APIs, web services, and event driven solutions.
- Integrate Five9 with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, and other business applications.
- Automate user provisioning, queue management, campaign configuration, and operational processes through Five9 APIs and SSO solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize contact center integrations, analytics, and system performance while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience supporting cloud contact center platforms and enterprise communications solutions.
- Strong hands on experience with Five9 Intelligent Cloud Contact Center, including IVR, ACD, campaign management, routing strategies, and API integrations.
