You will support the finance team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. As a Trainee - Finance, you’re not just supporting the Finance team – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Learning & Development: Participate in training programs and actively develop accounting skills.
• Report Preparation: Help compile financial reports and statements under supervision.
• Bank Reconciliation: Support weekly bank reconciliation and cash tracking.
• Compliance Checks: Assist in verifying transactions for policy and regulatory compliance.
• System Familiarity: Learn and operate finance systems and tools used in hotel accounting.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with finance team and other departments to support daily operations.

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Internship or entry-level exposure in finance preferred
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software; hotel system is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with supervision
• Fluent in English; collaborative across departments
