Key Responsibilities
- Program Administration:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the contingent workforce program, including onboarding, offboarding, and assignment changes.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the Vendor Management System (VNDLY or similar).
- Compliance & Governance:
- Monitor adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and contractual agreements.
- Support audits and reporting to ensure program compliance.
- Supplier & Stakeholder Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing suppliers and internal hiring managers.
- Assist with issue resolution and escalate concerns as needed.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate and analyze reports on contingent workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, spend, cycle times).
- Provide insights to improve program performance and cost efficiency.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
- Support implementation of new tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 2+ years in HR operations, staffing, or contingent workforce management.
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VNDLY, Beeline, Fieldglass, etc.) preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools (Preferred)
