Job Title: Export Coordinator- Sales

Experience Required: 5–7 years of relevant experience in Export Sales, International Business, or Export Operations. Experience in exporting branded furniture, laminates, hospitality products, or kitchenware products will be an added advantage.

Role Overview

The Export Coordinator will act as the key link between overseas customers, production teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of export orders. The role involves handling export documentation, coordinating shipments, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

This is a process-driven and operations-focused role suitable for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple export activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Export Operations & Coordination

• Act as the primary coordination point between production teams and overseas customers.
• Translate customer requirements and specifications into production-ready instructions.
• Communicate timelines, production updates, shipment schedules, and order changes proactively.

Order Processing & Documentation

• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs).
• Reconcile order confirmations with customer requirements and specifications.
• Handle end-to-end export documentation and shipment coordination.
• Ensure compliance with export procedures and international trade regulations.

Client & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate daily export sales activities and maintain communication with overseas clients.
• Collaborate with production, quality, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Support post-order execution and ensure timely delivery of shipments.

Business Support

• Assist in preparing quotations and maintaining client relationships.
• Monitor global market trends and identify potential export business opportunities.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners for shipment execution.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA / PGDBA in Marketing or International Business will be preferred.
• Certification or training in Export Promotion / International Trade is an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and international trade practices.
• Experience in export order processing and shipment coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Ability to independently manage overseas client communication.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and email communication.
