Executive - Production

As an Executive - Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily production activities and ensuring they align with the given production schedule. This role involves planning and executing shift production, collecting and tracking shift data, and handling any breakdowns that may occur. You will also be responsible for issuing raw materials, maintaining GMP/GHK practices, and interfacing with various internal teams such as Maintenance, Quality, Store, Shipping, and HR.

Direct responsible for shift production as per given production schedule

Hourly Shift Production Planning

Direct responsible for shift hourly production as per planning

Final Production Figure

Direct responsible for final production figure and handing over to shipping department.

Collecting Shift Data

Responsible for daily consumables tracking and data collection for the same.

Tracking Shift report

Responsible for daily production report shift wise tracking and data collection for the same

Breakdown Handling

Responsible for handling all breakdown during the shift

Breakdown Tracking

Breakdown time tracking and data collection.

Manpower Handling

Man power handling and controlling during production & non production period.

Preventive Maintenance

All types of electrical preventive maintenance of machines and equipment’s as per specified maintenance programs and schedule.

Issuing Raw Material

Responsible for issuing consumable from store for production

Maintaining GMP/GHK

Responsible for maintaining GMP/GHK practices at lines

• Directly responsible for shift production and ensuring it meets the given production schedule.
• Plan and execute shift production on an hourly basis as per planning.
• Finalise production figures and handover to the shipping department.
• Track and collect data on daily consumables and production reports.
• Handle and manage breakdowns during shifts, ensuring timely resolution.
• Track breakdown times and collect relevant data.
• Manage and control manpower during production and non-production periods.
• Perform electrical preventive maintenance on machines and equipment as per scheduled programs.
• Issue consumables from the store for production purposes.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Housekeeping (GHK) practices at production lines.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.Tech-Regular).
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of benchmarking methodologies and tools is an advantage.
• Passion for market data analysis and advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interface with various internal departments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical preventive maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with GMP/GHK practices and standards.
