Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Manage the full indent-to-payment cycle for all Commercial packaging materials
- Provide monthly delivery report to CFT’s pertaining to Commercial packaging materials
- Handle indent-to-payment for primary packaging materials and ensure on-time site delivery.
- Address excise queries and manage excise documentation packaging purchases.
- Create or modify item codes as needed.
- To prepare and share Lead time/ MOQ files for PM components
- To have weekly meetings with respective plant team and SCE to track the deliveries and identify the bottleneck issues
- Preparation and submission of delivery report and to short close the open older POs/ Indents
- Regular vendor meetings and price / payment term discussions for Packaging materials
- To approve the destruction note for expired/ rejected materials.
- Supporting finance team for Audit queries, standard cost etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master Degree (MBA) MBA - Preferred
- 0-5 years
