Job Description

• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Assist patients and attendants with hospital processes and service-related queries.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, billing, and support departments for seamless patient care.
• Handle patient feedback, complaints, and grievance resolution within defined timelines.
• Conduct patient rounds and collect satisfaction feedback.
• Ensure adherence to NABH standards related to patient rights, communication, and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain records of patient interactions, feedback, and complaints.
• Support quality initiatives and patient experience improvement programs.
• Assist in managing VIP, corporate, and international patients.
• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management.
