Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Executive - Office Administration at Kidvento. The role involves overseeing various administrative functions, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility operations to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Procure and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries, contract negotiations, and services.
  • Handle front desk duties, including visitor management, calls, mail, and inquiries.
  • Assist in arranging business travel, accommodations, and manage travel expenses.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute company events, meetings, workshops, and conferences.
  • Health and Safety: Implement health and safety protocols, conduct drills, and ensure compliance.
  • Employee Support: Provide administrative support, address queries, and assist employees.
  • IT Support: Resolve IT-related issues like internet connections, desktop, and laptop repairs.
  • Pantry Management: Maintain and manage office pantry and refreshment supplies.
  • Office Maintenance: Coordinate office renovations, refurbishing, furniture repairs, and cleanliness.
  • Document Management: Organize and manage document filing and record keeping.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in office administration or related roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to tasks and challenges.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
