Role Overview

The Executive – Learning & Development will be responsible for conducting technical assessments, facilitating onboarding evaluations, delivering structured BIM training programs, and developing technical learning content. The role requires close collaboration with Recruitment, Technical Teams, Project Managers, and Business Leaders to build technical capability, standardize learning practices, and promote continuous skill development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Assessment & Recruitment

• Conduct technical assessments for lateral and campus hiring to evaluate candidates against defined competency standards.
• Design and maintain technical assessment frameworks, question banks, scoring rubrics, and evaluation guidelines.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Technical Teams to ensure accurate and consistent technical evaluations.
  
  

Learning & Capability Development

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver instructor-led training programs on BIM workflows, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, company standards, and project execution methodologies.
• Assess the technical competency of new joiners during onboarding and recommend personalized learning plans to bridge identified skill gaps.
• Support capability development initiatives through structured learning programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  
  

Training Management

• Monitor learner progress through practical assignments, technical assessments, and periodic evaluations.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to improve technical proficiency and learning outcomes.
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, dashboards, certifications, and learning documentation.
  
  

Content Development & Process Excellence

• Develop and continuously improve technical learning materials, SOPs, user guides, e-learning modules, and knowledge repositories.
• Promote standardized BIM workflows, quality standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Support Learning Needs Identification (LNI/TNI) by collaborating with business leaders to identify competency gaps and recommend development plans.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, assessment results, learner feedback, and performance metrics, recommending continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with L&D, Department Heads, and Project Managers to ensure timely execution of training calendars, certifications, and capability-building initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies, Autodesk advancements, and modern learning methodologies.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (for MEP) or Architecture/Civil Engineering (Architecture domain experience only; infrastructure experience will not be considered).
• 4–8 years of experience in BIM, Technical Training, Learning & Development, or Technical Excellence.
• Hands-on expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Experience in conducting technical interviews, assessments, and competency evaluations.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, quality processes, and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create engaging technical learning content and drive knowledge-sharing initiatives.
